I have been avoiding running for a while because I was just burnt out so I have been doing other things to maintain my cardio and I am happy to report that I have indeed maintained my cardio base and I am so excited about that!
Today I finally felt like running so I got on the treadmill and took it easy but felt great! Every two minutes I increased the speed from 3.5 to 5.3 in increments of .2 or .3 for 10 minutes at 0% incline. Then I went back to 4.5 and did the same thing at 2% incline for 8 minutes and the very same at 3% incline.
Looking forward to tomorrow, I just want it to get here so we can know where this great country of ours is going and so I don’t have to see or hear another political add!!
